Ad management is a flat fee
Most agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend, which rewards them for spending more of your money. We charge a flat fee by band, so we never profit from raising your budget. Your ad spend is paid to the platforms from your own card and never passes through us.
| Your monthly ad spend | Flat management fee |
|---|---|
| Up to $2,500 | $500 |
| Up to $10,000 | $900 |
| Up to $25,000 | $1,500 |
| Above $25,000 | Quoted by hand |
How a quote is built
- Inputs: package, channels, posting frequency, locations, languages, video volume, industry risk, ad spend and how much you want to approve.
- Price floor: our measured cost for that scope plus a target margin. The engine never quotes below it, for anyone.
- Discounts as rules: annual prepay 10%, nonprofit 15%, three or more locations 5%. Set once, applied the same way to everyone.
- Regulated industries carry a 25% surcharge for the attorney-set rules and the review on every item.
- No surprise bills: video, extra posts and channels are metered; you are offered an upgrade before a cap, never an invoice after it.
Terms in one paragraph
Three-month minimum, then month to month. No guaranteed results, in writing: nobody controls the platforms. A failed payment pauses the service; leaving revokes every connection and hands you your content and data. Prices exclude sales tax, which applies to much of this service in Texas.
